CCS V5.1.1.00031 - installation always fails

Hi,

just wanted to install the latest CCS V5.1 from scratch but the installation always fails. V5.1.0 worked like a charm.
I'm using Windows7 in a VmWare virtual machine.

Find the contents of two log files enclosed (yes, tried it several times; also with a freshly downloaded DVD-image).

What's the problem here?
