I've searched the forum , but it seems there's no exact solution !!!

Or someone could arrange the method to the issue ......

Hi Ellen,

unfortunately this old version of CCS is not supported under Win 7 64 bit. The only type of options might be to run a virtual machine with XP for example. You could also try some of the compatibility modes windows seems to offer in an attempt to allow older software to run but there are no guarantees.
