CCS V5.1 ETB trace issue

Hi,

I am trying trace function on DM8148 EVM PG 2.1 with Spectrum Digital XDS560 V2 emulator. I want tocollect CortexA8 core trace.

I follow the step in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/C6A816x,_AM389x,_DM816x,_DM814x_Debug_and_Trace_Tools,

Step 1. I can see CS_DAP_DebugSS" is connected from the debug view, and connect it success.

Step 2. load the TI816x_trace_dapdebugss.gel to CS_DAP_DebugSS node and run Enable_ETB_CortexA8_Trace script.

Step 3. connect CortexA8 core and CSETB_0.

Step 4. open "trace control tool", and select the "Receiver" as ETB, then press OK.

Then I got a error dialog box "Cannot get status register value " as attached file.

Any one can help me to slove the issue?
