          Hello Ti:

          I has been buy xds560v2 tool , So   How to using 560v2  trace in  DM648 EVM or trace dm648 ?     (software use ccs5.0)

    Hi,

    Sorry, but the DM648 device only supports trace by using the XDS560T trace pod (check here) with the TI 60-pin connector (not the 60-pin MIPI connector).

    The XDS560v2 emulator you have is not capable of performing trace on this device (or device family).

           I  can not buy XDS560 Trace emulator from TI   net page " http://www.ti.com/tool/xds560trace#supportandcommunity"  the status is OBSOLETE  !  So How can I  buy   it from TI?

    Chen,

    Sorry, you are right; I checked and you can't purchase the XDS560T anymore. However, I confirmed that a replacement is planned for later this year (June) and is based in the XDS560v2 emulator (the one you have).

    Are you trying to debug anything specific? Although Trace is handy to chase very specific problems, its raw assembly output is intricate to decode. Depending on your system and software components (NDK, BIOS, etc.) you may find other useful techniques in our wiki or in the various rooms in this forum.
