Which version of code generation tools is needed for ELF support?

Hello,

This is related to my post http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/178292.aspx#641710

If we're using command-line make files instead of building inside the IDE, which version of code generation tools are needed to be able to create ELF output instead of COFF?

Hi Annie,

What device are you working with? Basically I'm wondering what family code generation tools you are looking for (ARM? C6000? etc)

Oh, sorry. This is for a C674X, the DSP in the Netra part.
