I have beagle bone Rev.A5 (ARM 3559)and code composer v5.1. I am trying to connect to target from CCS but i am getting the following error.
IcePick_D_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -151 @ 0x0) This utility failed to open the adapter for a custom emulator. The adapter returned an error. (Emulation package 5.0.520.0)
I have installed 'FTDI' serial converter of Beagle bone from CCS FTDI package. While installing the driver, i have modified the PID of 0xA6D0 to 0x6010 in 'ftdibus' and 'ftdiport' file as the beagle bone usb serial converter has PID of 0x6010. And also modified the PID to 0x6010 in 'TIXDS100v2_Connection.xml'.
CCS 5.1 is limited version downloaded from TI. The target configuration file is provided from beagle bone. The dpinst package for FTDI is not able to install as driver signature is changed due to modification in 'ftdibus' and 'ftdiport' file.How to connect to ARM 3359 from CCS V5 through the beagle bone board.
