Hi,
I would like to ask a question CCS 5.
When setting PATH variable, search path, etc., for each new project I have to redefine them. Is there a way to add it to the CCS itself, rather than to individual projects, so that each time a new project is created for a particular ISA (C6000 for example), my customized (self-added) PATH variables and include search paths are automatically added?
Zheng
Hi Zheng,
you can add a path variable to a workspace (ie so any project in a workspace can use it), however that I am aware of you can not start redefining what is automatically there in CCS.
To add at the Workspace Level you should go to Window->Preferences->General->Workspace->Linked Resources
Best Regards,
Lisa
How can this issue be solved in the higher level, if I had more than one workspace? (Enviorement variables?)
Thanks
Hi Dani,
CCS can use system environment variables for their build variables. But for custom linked resource path variables, you can at best set at workspace level
Hope this helps,
LIsa
