How to release CCS license

Hi,

One of my colleagues will resign. He has the license of CCS which is registered on his acount and email. How to release his license? We don't need the license temperary, hence the re-host is not a good option.

Hi Jianbin,

you will need to get your colleagues myti information, the license file and email the license team at ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com

You should get your colleague to log into www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware

He may even be able to hand it over to you from there.

Hi Jianbin,

the license team can help you with further detail but I suspect they will need someone who can login. Ie password too. This is of course for security reasons so that a random person can not simply start requesting changes to an account or license.
