CCSv4.2.5 Installation Error

Hello everybody,

I'd like to know how i can't install the CCS v4.2.5.00005 on my windows system.

When i do double click on the installer, it starts to instal up to the "DSP/BIOS 5" installetion, then, a window appears "Application Error" as shown below in the pict. Could sanyone give me an explanation please?

    HI Andrea,

    this could be due to various things without having more information.

    - the download could have been corrupted

    - did you use the full installer and unzip it before installing?

    - did you use only directories with no accented or special characters?

    - do you have full admin privileges?

    Could you please send the contents of your installjammer registry directory?  This will be found under program files or program files(x86).
