While trying to install CCS v5.1.1.00031, I got the warning in red on the Processor Support page:
Your CCS install has already been updated to included newer components. This CCS installer cannot be used to add processor support because it does not include those components.
My current version CCS is 5.1.0.09000 , and I have have some components updated yesterday :
Code generation tool C6000: v7.3.5
XDC: 3.23.2.47
Sys/Bios: 6.33.4.39
I am only doing C6678 development and do not need other processor support yet. On the left-hand check box list window of CCS setup C6000 Multi Core DSPs is ticked. Can any one tell me if there will be any problem if I proceed to install CCS v5.1.1, or if I should install it at all? Thanks.
