Black Hawk emulator error

I'm attempting to use a Balck Hawk XDS560v2 with a TMS470 Hercules demo board and CCS v4.2.3.  

I get the following error...

Error connecting to the target:

(Error -151 @ 0x0)

This utility failed to open the adapter for a custom emulator.

The adapter returned an error.

(Release 5.0.333.0)

    Hi Bryan,

    Could you please provide a bit more detail?   Are you launching a debug session?  Trying to load code?  Trying to use the flash programmer? 

    Have you tried the latest CCS versions?  For v4 that is 4.2.5 and for v5 5.1.1.  Have you verified that the versions of all your tools and dlls support your setup?

    Have you verified whether this could be a driver issue?  Permissions issue (what OS are you using)?  Is it a specific example you are loading?  Have you used this configuration successfully before at all?

    Also note XDS560v2 emulators do not support code load in CCS or  flash programming with nowFlash of TMS570 and TMS470M.
