Issues with Printf logs:

Hi,

 

I am facing some issues with Printf logs in CCS5. When I connect to the target and load the symbols and then run - The logs does not come at all or come after log time after a pause. (But we used to get continuous prints when working on Primus where we used to load the DSP image using CCS). Is there a way to improve this behavior? (i.e to get continuous prints)

    Thomas,

    Can you please provide more details?

    - What specific version of CCS are you using (from Help->About)?
    - What target are you running on?
    - Does this also happen when loading the code and running with the same project
    - Was this ever working/faster before with the same project
    - Are you referring to the C printf routines or LOG_printf with BIOS?

    Please provide as much detail as possible about your environment and code to help us understand the issue.
