Where is Code Composer Essential v 3 service pack 1 download ?

Dear all

I have a Code Composer Essential v 3.2.0.24.2 CD and the HD I was working on crashed.

I have rebuild the PC and I have the source files on repository but I cannot find anymore the service pack for CCE3 that updated the compiler tools to 3.1.

The question is: Where can I find the service pack for the above product ?

It used to be on TI website but not anymore...
