Hi Lisa,

I'm experiencing the same problem. In examining the log, I find the following line which is common to Xiaoyan's log file and mine.

04/26/2012 11:01:04AM - Executing action CAF7EDEC-8588-485E-BF3B-540E26298D1C - Invalid Install message.

    Hi David,

    please create a new thread when having an issue.

    I have split this one off for you.  The one line does not help us.  Please send us the contents of the installjammer registry directory.  (found under program files or program files (x86)).    Any further details would also help and please be sure you have checked the following

    - redownload in case of corruption

    - unzip the installer before installing

    - do not use any directories with accented or special characters

    Please keep us informed.

    Face this problem.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry\ccsv5\60556FE5-C1A1-4061-8DF8-FFB8393BAE2D,
    "Executing action CAF7EDEC-8588-485E-BF3B-540E26298D1C - Invalid Install message".
    Wait for Answer.

    Hi Janak,

    Please do the following:

    Delete the contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry\ccsv5. Please note, "installjammer registry" is a hidden folder.

    Start the installation again. If it hangs, please zip the contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry\ccsv5 and post them here.

    Also, what OS are you using?
