How do I fix this problem ?..When CCS launches I get this message....Error creating the flat xml file

I am using a XDS510USB emulator and for my sysyem configuration I have loaded EVMDM6437_XDS510USB and DM6446_ICEPICK_XDS510USB

When I launch CCS_V3.3 the following error message appears.....

                                                                    Error initializing register data:

                                                                   There was an error creating the flat xml file

I am testing two different pieces of hardware. When I’m testing the hardware, requiring DM6446, I have to remove the DM643x portion of the configuration to get the error message to go away. CCS 3.3 then runs smoothly. Then when I remove DM6446 and try to use only DM6437 for the other piece of hardware, I get the error message and can go no farther.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this problem.?...and what may be the solution?

One person that I spoke to said that they had no idea, but they suggested that I should at last update to the lastest Service Release for CCS V3.3 . How do I find this release? What's the path?
