I am trying to implement a software/firmware update mechanism on my 28335 based processor. I have read the article "spraaq2.pdf" which has been most informative! This is the only reference I can find on this subject, and it would meet my needs.
However, the article relies heavily on a program called FileIOShell.exe in order to write the Motorola S-Records, which can then be loaded into the processor. No reference to the location of this file is made in spraaq2.pdf, and I have searched my CCS directory as well as the ControlSuite directory looking for this executable - I cannot find it anywhere!
I did a search on the net for this file and cannot find it anywhere out there either.
I am using CCS5, and I know the documentation seems to be written for CCS3.1, but is there either a replacement for this utility or a place to get it?
Does anyone know where I can get this utility? I am sorry if this is a well known answer - I am new to all of this, but I would appreciate any guidance you could give me!
