Hi
A co-worker is trying to re-install CCS 4.2.3 after CCS stopped communicating with the XDS560v2. After the install, we do not have the option to create an XDS560v2 ccxml file.
So we tried to do an update to CCS 4.2.4 and got several errors in a single popup that have:
Unable to access error recover log file: "C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.update\recover.log ........ (access is denied)
When we use windows explorer, the file is set to read only, but is editable if we remove the read only.
Any ideas whats happening?
Cheers
Hi Eddie,
could you please provide a bit more detail? How did you try the reinstallation? Do you have full admin privileges? What OS is this? Have you tried not using the PRogram FIles directory and completely cleaning out the old installation?
Have you checked the 560 drivers? Have you tried reinstalling these?
Please keep us informed.
Best Regards,
Lisa
Hi Eddie,
just thought I would check whether there is any update to your enquiry or further information you would be able to provide.
