Error using DSP

I am geeting the problem when i reset emulator of the DSP. It is showing as follows.

"Failed to reset the emulator: the error was generated by TI's USCIF driver. SC-ERR-CTL-NO-TRG-POWER<-180>. The controller has detected a target power loss. The user must turn onor connect the power supply for the target".

Please help me asap.

    Hi Ramayya,

    When are you resetting the emulator?

    Also, it would be helpful if you provided:

    1) What is the full version number of CCS that you are using

    2) What JTAG emulator are you using

    3) What device/board are you using
