MSP-FET 430 UIF problem after downgrade firmware from v3 to v2

I use Elprotronic FET-Pro430 to downgrade firmware to version 2. After that FET is visible in system as MSP-FET430UIF-VCP but now any flashing lights are dead - no lights. In FET-Pro 430 Elprotronic software actual firmware version in FET is "0..." and there is an error when I'm trying to downgrade or upgrade firmware (v2->3 or v3->2). Is there any other tool to reflash FET? How bring to life this FET programmer?

    I fix already this bug. In Elprotronic I must use any option which is communicated with FET. Then appears window with question "Want I upgrade firmware to the latest version?" After this operation FET works fine :)
