Dear

My customer is is facing issue with code generation tool (5.1.1 and 5.1.3)

They are compiling RTL library, they are seeing some difference in generated code between both the version.

This is affecting there Certification process, kindly provide difference between them.

Also attaching customer explanation.

Appreciate your quick help to resolve this.

It is completely hopeless to look at the hex converter output and figure out what caused the difference. Try using the objdiff utiltity from the cg_xml package to more clearly isolate the difference.

Is the customer using C6000 or C2000 tools?

Thank you, they are using C2000.

I have asked them use the tool and compre object files.

They want to know the difference between these two verions.

Patch versions contain only bug fixes. See http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Compiler_Version_Numbers_and_What_They_Mean

For the list of bugs fixed, see the release notes for 5.1.2 and 5.1.3, which are included with the compiler product.
