CCS License activation problem

Hi,

Initially (3 days before) I downloaded and installed CCS V5.1.0.09000 30 days evaluation version, but yesterday I received the license Activation Key.

As suggested in processor.wiki I upgraded my CCS license with the received .lic file but still in my ccs it shows 30 days limit. I even checked the my registered software status

their it shows registration status Pending.

Please help.

Hi Mithun,

CCS will not look for you license until the trial is finished. Once the trial period is over, CCS will seek another license if available and then it will start using your full license.

I hope this helps clarify things, but what you are seeing is the expected behaviour.

Hi Lisa, Thank you very much for clarification I'm well relifed now.

One more quick quest: The .LIC file which I've received will remain active till I use it OR any chances of expiry.

Hi Mithun,

if it is a purchased license, it will never expire. What does expire is your subscription. Licenses come with a 1 year subscription to major updates etc. For example it was only with a subscription you could make the jump from CCSv4 to v5.
