With respect to the C6472,
Our current C6472 does not support system trace, but does support core trace. There have been a few instances where the internal core trace ring buffer was not enough, so it's time to consider a core trace support pod.
Another alternative would be to get the ICD for the core trace registers and pins. After looking through the trace and advanced event trigger library source, implementing our own could be doable with a little more info. It would also help board level security concerns by running the JTAG signals through an FPGA.
Can you explain who makes a Core trace module? We heard that one was becoming available.
Also, are we able to get enough documentation to impliment this feature on our own?
