Error message Using C6713 DSK(CCS v3.1) with CCS v3.3

Hi,

I have a C6713 DSK (which came with CCS v3.1) but I want to use CCS v3.3 with it. I already have CCS 3.3 with latest patch update, but when I run setup CCS v3.3 the C6713 DSK board wasn't in it. So I went and download the emulation drivers for CCS 3.3 on spectrum digital support. After installing the emulation driver, I found the C6713 in the setup...however once I run CCS 3.3, I get the error message below:

Error initializing emulator

I/O port=540

Board name:C6713

Cpu Name:CPU

This problem is similar to the thread: http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/184028.aspx

But the thread doesnt really mention a solution. Moreover, I'm pretty sure I have the latest CCS v3.3. Somebody please help.......
