System Reset via scripting

Hello,

I'm trying to automate my debug steps, via the CCSV5 scripting. I can do most, but have not yet found a command to do a System Reset (Run->Reset->System Reset). Please advise, if that is possible.

My version is 5.1.0.0900.

P.S. I can do a "reset" via scripting, but it's not a System Reset, which is needed.

Robert,

There is an indirect way to do it from DSS. What you can do is evaluate an express but have the expression be a GEL function call which performs the advanced reset that you want to do.


// Evaluate an expression
long nResult = mySession.expression.evaluate(sExpr);

The expression string you would use is then something like "GEL_AdvancedReset(\"System Reset\")"
