I have the CCS V4.2 with your license in question, I contact with you and I was told to go to the V 5.x had to renew my subscription, a few days ago back i did the purchase of the subscription, seguí instructions that you sent me but when i want to activate tells me "You have already used this Activation ID. There are no additional activations allowed. If you need further assistance, Click here to contact us." that should i do to activate the subscriptions and then having the license of the CCS V5.x? thanks.
