    Which version of CCS do you have? Version 4.9.1 of the ARM compiler tools were included in CCS 5.1. If you are using CCSv4 you should be able to get this update from Help->Software Updates->Find and Install. Make sure to select 'Search for new features to install' and then choose "Code Generation Tools updates" and then in the next screen, uncheck the box "Show the latest version of a feature only". This should show you CGT 4.9.1 which you can then select and install.
