Upgrade to CCS 5.2 from 4.1. license issue.

Expert 2875 points

Hi,

I was using CCS 4.1 with a license file.   I wanted to upgrade to CCS 5.2.  So I downloaded CCS 5.2 and installed it yesterday.

I was informed that CCS 4 user can upgrade to CCS 5.  So I used the CCS 4 license file.  But it did not work.  It was me to update my license file.  Please let me know how to do that.

Thank you.

Regards,

Steve

  • Hi Lisa,

The following is my page and there is no row TMDSCCS-ALLF03-v4.0.

I get the new license anyway.  But the license file is the same as my old one which CCS 5 did not take.  Thanks.

  • Hi,

try manage and if you can't get to it through there, you will need to contact the license team on the email in my previous post.  Please keep us informed.
