TMS320F28335 migration issues with code porting from CCS v3.x to CCS v5.2

The customer was referred to the wiki pages - http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Migrating_to_CCSv5  .  As a result he made a change to uncheck the use common root check box which allowed him to get further, however there are still errors.  There are actually two projects that are being importing.  One of them seems to import OK (after the change above) but the other still  has the errors indicated below:

!ERROR: This project has DSP/BIOS content, but no DSP/BIOS tools are currently installed. Please install DSP/BIOS tools and re-migrate this project.

Did the customer do some custom install and not install DSP/BIOS? It should install by default. When you go to 'Window -> Preferences -> Code Composer Studio -> RTSC -> Products' , do you see and DSP/BIOS versions under the list of Discovered tools?

The list of discovered tools is:

I forgot to mention, the code was imported using the Project/import legacy CCSv3.3 Project.  I received the project as a zip from the original owner who says it compiles correctly under the ccsv3.3 that he is using.   (NOTE: I am the customer referenced in the original post).

CCS is not discovering any DSP/BIOS installation. If you browse to you installation folder (default is C:\ti), do you see an installation of BIOS 5? With default CCSv5.2, you should see a folder like 'bios_5_41_13_42'.

I see a folder "bios_6_44_04_39"

For whatever reason, DSP/BIOS 5.4 did not get installed. You can try installing it manually. Install it into the same root directory that has BIOS 6 folder in there. You can download the BIOS 5.4 version that is supposed to come with CCSv5.2 here:

Choose the one that enables CCSv4 support. It also applies to CCSv5.

.  After installing the 5_41 bios I don’t get that message any longer.  Now I have an error during the compile that indicates a missing include file: “Flash2833x_API_Library.h”.  The line  #INCLUDE “Flash2833x_API_Library.h”   is present in the code, but the compiler can’t find the header file.  How do I resolve this?
