Hi,

Can I develop my own simulation model?My board has a FPGA coprocess with DSP 6747,

the memory map simulation cannot full simulate FPGA, so can i develop my FPGA model

to used in simulation, and how? When i use ZSP,there is a document to describ how to cosimulate

with it, and i have develop a c model of my logic, can i port it to TI DSP ?

Hi,

I am not sure if I understand your question very well. The simulators supplied with CCS support only TI devices and not FPGAs, CPLDs, etc (and they are not extensible or configurable in this regard).

However, if you have a software model of the FPGA functionality written in C you can try to port it to a TI device and run on the simulator.

On the other hand, you can also use the pin / port connect functions to simulate incoming signal / data that is available to the DSP for processing.

I've read the document of pin / port connect functions, but my function is too complex to use these funcitons.

I want to develop a dll such like the timer's that given by TI CCS, i've seen the config file of simulator, but there

is no futher documents to know how it works.Can i do this thing?
