Is XDS510 (ISA) supported with CCS v5 ? and/or 64bit OS ?

We are using XDS510 (ISA) for long time while it enough for our development.

We have Core 2 Quad machine that supports ISA !

Now we driving it with windows 7(32bit) and CCS V3.3,

Can I use XDS510 with 64bit OS ?
