CCS 5.2 Import Failed

Hi,

I created a project using the Concerto processor and put the project into VSS.  I grabbed the version out of VSS and put it into a separate location.  I imported the project into a new workspace and things worked fine for the both the DSP and ARM project.  A colleague of mine tried the same thing and he continually gets an error on the ARM project (the DSP project imports fine).  The project will not import and he gets the following erro:

Error: Import failed for project 'AV-900 DCDC ARM' because its compiler definition is not available.  Please Install the ARMv6.0 compiler before importing this project.

I have no idea what error is or what I should do about it.   The project was built using compiler version TI v4.9.1.  Does anybody have any suggestions?

Here is a list of files that I version controlled.
