Not able to select DSP/BIOS when creating new project

Hi ,

I am new to CCS and DSP/BIOS OS. I am learning it by creating simple programs in CCS. When I create new project, in new CCS project  window I am not getting any option to select the DSP/BIOS OS. Though I installed couple of DSP/BIOS versions. Attaching screenshot of the project settings I am doing. I am using CCS v5.2. One more thing, when I select examples given with CCS then I am able to see the option to select DSP/BIOS. Can somebody helps me in this regard.

    Hi Yogesh,

    are you specifically trying to use the older BIOS version? You can do this by doing the following:

    Create a normal empty project.  With the project selected go to File->New->DSP/BIOS v5.x Configuration File.

    This should allow you to make the project a BIOS project using the older version.

    Otherwise create a new empty RTSC project.
