Unexpected fatal error encountered

When I run my project on CCs3.3 and tried to check the memory through View-Memory, an error comes out:

RandyP tells me to move to CCS5.0, but I don't want to make the change. Here is my CCstudio version and the crash mini_dump file, is there any other solutions?

    Randy is correct in his encouragement to move to v5 because CCSv3 is no longer supported. Unfortunately we are limited in what we can do to help. We can try analyzing the dump files but if there is a bug, there will be no plan to fix it. Hopefully we can find a workaround for you

    Sorry for the delayed response on this.

    The dump files seems to to a crash with the memory window plug-in. Did you get the crash when you tried to open the memory window? I'm wondering if it is an issue with the .NET plug-ins which the memory window relies on.
