I had my IT reinstall CCS3.3 on my computer. Using the same project I was using before now gives me the following errror:

Build error: cannot run C:\CCStudio_v3.3\bios_5_31_02\xdctools\tconf.

I also cannot open the tcf file properly in CCS.

Do i Need to download something else? get another version of DSP/BIOS?

Yes, My IT guys loaded a newer version of CCS3.3 which I didn't realize, so I figured that I needed a newer version of BIOS. I loaded version 5.41.11.38 and had to figure out how to update this in CCS to look at the other BIOS folder. Once I got that. Voila, my project worked.
