Hi,

If by reference document you mean a step-by-step guide, then check the CCSv5 Getting Started Guide.

If you mean a document that covers every single screen, menu option, dialog box and icon, I am afraid we don't have one. However some information is in the help, which also incorporates the standard Eclipse CDT help (as lots of screens and features are common).
