in Project Explorer, you can drag and drop all your linked files into a single folder in the project. It will still preserve all the various links but visually in the Project Explorer, they will all be grouped under that folder.

Go to Windows Explorer and then drag-and-drop the folder you want to link to the project to the project in the Project Explorer. When you do that, CCS will ask you if you want to Copy or Link the folder. When you select Link, you have the option to create an absolute path link or a link that uses a variable. How you create the link is up to you.
