Installation problem with CCS 5.2.1.00018

When installing the referenced CCS, I received an automated email from myTI_License@list.ti.com in which my software license would be attached as a .lic file.

That file was never received. How can I get it?

Hi Tom,

did you use your activation ID to generate that email? If so you should be able to also download the license from

www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware

If you do not see it there I would recommend contacting the license team at:

ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com

The problem turned out to be a slow email from TI with the license file attachment. FYI, it took about 30 minutes between the time I registered and when I received the license. I just got itchy because of the response time. All is now working. Thannks for the help.
