In CCS4, if I changed a projects properties and one of the Eclipse project files (.project, .cdtbuild, etc...) is read only I got a warning message and a prompt to allow Eclipse to overwrite the file.
In CCS5, I get no message or indication that it could not write to the project file, it just silently fails. Some of changes reside in memory and take effect, but when I close CCS5 (or switch workspaces) and later return to the workspace the changes are lost.
