Hi Kurt,
I would check the registry entried. Typcially the x y location of a window is stored there and many times (I have seen this with other programs) windows does not clear or refresh this flawlessly. I suspect the window is open there with coordinates in the registry still reflecting other monitor.
Please check that and keep us informed.
Best Regards,
Lisa
That is a general problem in many Windows applications when switching from multiple monitors to single (taking laptop from desktop to home, or to presentation, etc.): I have even seen applications launch into off-screen locations:
Try Alt/Tab to get focus in the off-screen window (your cursor will be mysteriously absent); then Alt/Space,R to "Restore down" (de-Maximize) the window, in case it is full-screen over there, then Alt/Space,M to "Move" the window, using the cursor keys (after the first Left or Right keystroke, the window may be attached to your mouse -- don't click yet! -- and you may be able to drag it into view just by moving the mouse; otherwise hold down the Left or Right key until the window comes into view.
