Help!!! CCS v5.2.1 update from v5.1 failure

Hi,

I do a major update from 5.1 to 5.2.1 (in the "Check for updates" menu) and I get this message below when I start CCS.

How I can solve this issue? Does exist a way to recovery back the update?

Notes:

- CCS is intalled on a Win7 laptop (32bits edition)

- I'm developping on C6000 dsp series

    how did you install 5.2.1 initially?  (full/lite/as an update etc)   Have you tried since?  Did you check antivirus interference?  Do you have unusual unzip utilities installed?  Could you send the contents of your installjammer registry directory (found under program files or program files(x86))

    I installed the version 5.2.1 like an update via the "check update" menu. I try an other way to repair the CCS: I download the full installation of CCSv5.2.1 and launch the setup to update the current 5.1 installation directory: I have the same error. The only installed utility is the Perforce plugin. No McAfee antivirus installed but I have Microsoft Forefront Client Security.

    The installjammer registry directory is in the zip file below:  0640.ccs_setup_5.2.1.00018_install.zip

    I made ​​the point that may be I should  uninstall previous CCSv5.1 and reinstall CCSv5.2.1 from clean: I'm blocked for my job...

    yes, I would recommend installing the latest version fresh into a new directory.  Please let us know how that goes.
