Code Composer v5.2 Problems window shows errors even after they've been fixed

Hi,

I recently upgraded to v5.2 since it solved a few outstanding issues for me. However, this new version has a bug. Whenever I compile a project with an error, it shows

up in the errors window. After I fix and hit rebuild, the console window shows that the build was successfully (hence the error resolved) but the problems window keeps showing the same errors as if they were never solved. This is quite annoying and confusing. The only solution is to do a clean and then rebuild everything, which takes time.

Is this a known issues? Any idea when it'll be resolved?

Hi Rafael,

I will try that solution. However, it is still a bug somewhere. The same project file never had any issues in v5.1, whereas in v5.2 it shows these issues.

Is it possible that the syntax checkers were configured in a different way in your previous workspace or CCS version? The reason is that I didn't see any difference in the workspaces/projects I have here when I moved to 5.2.1 nor I saw any specific trends reported from customers (obviously that does not prove anything, but it is just an indication).

Hi Rafael,

The project as far as I know has no specific syntax checking. It is based on default project created by CCS.

Where should I look to see the syntax checking options? I looked at the MISRA tab and nothing is selected.

I just posted in the related thread mentioned above.

There are already some bugs filled regarding the problems view and the error markers.

For me Project->Clean... always helped with that problems.
