CCS 2.2 On 32bit Windows 7

Hi. I have installed CCS V2.2 and V3.3 On 32bit Windows 7. CCS V3.3 run normally.  But CCS V2.2 has some problems. The items of project menu are all disabled(Inactive)

except Source Control and Recent Projec Files Items. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

    Hello,

    CCSv2.2 is a very old version and is not officially supported on Windows 7. 

    However, CCSv3.3 is also not officially supported on Windows 7. But it sounds like you got v3.3 working. v2 and v3 are close enough that if you got v3 working, you should be able to get v2 working.

    You can try re-enabling the project manager plugin as mentioned in this thread:

    Ki, Thanks.

    I Have tried that you mentioned.

    1. register projsvr.dll.

    2.Use ccs_Compdb.bak

    but CCS V2.2 still don't work.

    and now CCS V3.3 runs the same as CCS V2.2--->Project Menu is Inactive. 

    Are there any other methods?

    You can try checking the component manager and see if the project manager plug-in is enabled (You can get to the component manager from the 'Help->About' menu)
