CCS 5.2 connecting to multiple XDS560v2 emulators

I am debugging two communicating LM4F applications running on two different physical targets.  When I specify which debugger, I see only the debugger type, as if there can be only one debugger.  How can I debug two targets simultaneously using CCS 5.2 and two XDS560v2 emulators?
