Doing a headless build opens a box for failed builds

I am using the latest version of CCS for linux (currently it is 5.2.1). When I do headless build following these steps :

the ccstudio pops a message box to report an error. Like this :

For successful builds, the box is not popped.

I build like this from a script :

$CCS_ECLIPSE -nosplash -application org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild -cleanBuild all -data "$WORKSPACE_PATH"

where CCS_ECLIPSE is the ccstudio executable, and WORKSPACE_PATH is the path to the workspace.

I am not sure why this guy marked your answer as verified, but I tried the suggested, and this is what I got :

./jre/bin/java -jar startup.jar -data /sandbox/vladimir/dsp_development/development/ -application com.ti.ccstudio.apps.projectBuild -ccs.workspace

Unable to access jarfile startup.jar

So, how to get startup.jar?

The answer would have flipped to verified as an answer had been provided and there was no response saying it didn't work for several weeks.

As you are using CCSv5 and not CCSv4 the initial part of the command is different. In that wiki link I provided it shows examples of what the commands look like in CCSv5 at the bottom.
