why this error is coming in CCS when i am doing single step - [No source available for "0xffff"]

I am trying to run the program in single step but i am getting this error. Please help in this. I think this is some interrupt error because when i reached on step "UCA0TXBUF = MST_Data;" then this gives this error. I am using CCS v5.
