Which version of CCS are you using and what board are you connecting to? Is it a eZdsp or custom board? Have you been able to debug on this board previously without these errors? If you are using CCSv4 I would suggest updating to CCSv5, if possible, and giving it a try with the latest version.

CCSv5 can be downloaded and installed from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS

I'm using an Peripheral explorer board from TI. and my CCS is v4...
