RTS C I/O Low level functions

Hi All,

I was searching for a stream C I/O library to support sophisticated console over UART.

Referring following links understood that possible to port the RTS library for user defined device

1) Referring Chaper 8 in C/C++ User manual( http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spru187u/spru187u.pdf)  

2) User defined C I/O app note (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra861/spra861.pdf) 

Is there reference Low level functional I/O implementation available for TI device?

Looking for the middle layer to glue high level I/O functions & UART HAL.
