CCSv5.2 reset the resource list

Hi,

How can I reset the resource list so it will rescan the installed products? The issue is that I have installed a new XDC_3_23_04_60 version and it is not recognize,

I'm using CCSv5.2.1.00018, under windows 7 32-bit,

Hi HR,

have you been to Window->PReferences->Code composer studio->build->RTSC->PRoducts? How have you tried pointing CCS to the new xdc version?

Hi Lisa,

Yes, I installed the new XDC under C:/CCS52 which appears in the Tool discovery path list,

Hello HR,

and is it listed at all there with an error? Are you able to check for antivirus interference? Would you be able to send us the contents of your isntalljammer registry directory? Found under program files or program files(x86)?

Hi,

so are you able to use the version of xdc tools you were trying to install? I do know that, mostly due to permissions issues and/or the installer not being able to handle spaces etc we have seen problems with the use of certain directories.

But I am glad to see you seem to be up and running.
