using rhapsody to generate code composer project files

We use IBM Rational Rhapsody to generate C code currently. We'd also like to use it to create code composer project files. We used to be able to do this in CCS 3.3 with a custom Metaclass in siteC.prp in Rhapsody. Now that CCS is under Eclipse things are a bit different. Does anyone else use Rhapsody and do they use it to create CCS project files? Or do they just add their CCS project files to source control? Any insights would be helpful.
