Hi,

I want to create new project in Code Composer Studio 5.2.1 for TMS320TCI6608.

But in Device configuration, TMS320TCI6608 is not listed.

If I choose family " C600 ", then also TMS320TCI6608 is not listed.

Kindly provide your support for this.

Hi Ajay,

have you tried the "Generic C66xx Device"? I see the same so I think the generic option is likely the way to go here. Have you double checked you don't have some input filtering things out?

Hi Lisa,

When I select " C66xx Device ", only option is TMS320C6657.

Hi Ajay,

do you mean the generic 66xx device? Have you given that a try? Have you double checked whether you might be filtering something? Can you provide any further details or screenshots?

Yes I tried with that.

Do you mean following combination will work forTI 6608 project configuration ?

Family: C600

Variant : Generic device , Generic C66XX device

Please find attached screeshots for more information.

Hi Ajay,

The first figure (as attached in your mail thread) with "Generic c66xx " should work for you as suggested by Lisa.

For running on the core, you have the option to select as TCI6608 in the target configuration.
